Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order for any reason after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the international package has been shipped, we are unable to intercept or stop it.
Regarding returns:
Please contact us within one week of receiving your order. If the issue is our fault (such as sending the wrong item or if the product was damaged during shipping), we accept returns, and we will either reship or issue a full refund.
If the return is for other reasons (such as you no longer like the product or no longer need it), we also accept returns. However, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund.
